My stay at Terrace House 88 was a mixed experience. The location was convenient for exploring the Medina, but finding the hotel was quite a challenge. The cleanliness was commendable, especially with the daily upkeep, though the noise levels made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Rooms

I stayed in a Double Room with Extra Bed. It was cramped and not as spacious as the photos suggested. Sharing a bathroom with another room was a bit inconvenient, especially since the only sink was in the communal area.
Service
7.0
The staff were friendly, especially Ibrahim, who helped with luggage and checked in on us during our stay. However, the communication prior to arrival was poor, as I didn't receive crucial information about where to meet.
Location
5.0
The hotel is situated on a busy shopping street within the Old Medina, which added some charm but also noise. It's easy to get confused finding the right riad since there's no clear signage, and I had to pay someone to guide me initially.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was decent but nothing special. They served basic items that didn’t stand out during my stay.
Facilities
5.0
While there were some useful facilities like housekeeping and laundry, the overall space felt cramped and lacked some comfort for a relaxing stay.

My stay at Terrace House 88 was a mixed experience. The location was quite convenient for exploring the Medina, but checking in was a hassle. The amenities weren't great, with occasional hot water issues and noise that made it hard to sleep at times.

Rooms

The budget double room was clean, but noise from outside was distracting. I appreciated how helpful the staff was during my stay.
Service
6.0
The service was generally friendly, especially from Ibrahim, who helped with luggage and ensured the wifi worked after an initial hiccup. However, the check-in process was frustrating, finding the right location was a challenge.
Location

The house is on the outskirts of the Medina, which was a bit disconcerting. I found it accessible by taxi for a few euros but felt uneasy about the area at times.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast was quite decent by local standards and there were some good options. I enjoyed the service, but it wasn't always consistent.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities could use improvement. I had issues with the hot water and the stairwell lighting was quite dangerous when it didn't function.

My stay at Terrace House 88 was a mixed bag. While the location is super convenient, being close to the center of Marrakesh, the noise level and cleanliness were real issues. I enjoyed the warm hospitality of the staff and the cozy vibe, but I wouldn't say it's luxurious like the photos might suggest.

Rooms
5.0
My room was a budget double, but honestly, it felt cramped and wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. The shared bathroom setup was okay, but having just one sink in a communal area felt awkward.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a highlight. They offered a nice breakfast, but I did find the service could be a bit unpredictable at times.
Location

The hostel is right on a busy shopping street, which is convenient, but man, was it noisy! I had trouble sleeping with the mopeds starting up around five-thirty in the morning.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent - fresh seasonal fruits were nice, and Fusia really took care of keeping things tidy. Still, don't expect too much variety.
Facilities
5.0
Basic facilities were available, but overall, it didn't meet luxury standards. The lack of privacy in the bathroom area was a downside.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The location is definitely lively, which I appreciated, but the noise level was frustrating. The staff stood out for their friendliness and willingness to help, though the facilities left a lot to be desired.

Rooms

My room was cramped and didn't match the expectations set by online photos. The shared bathroom setup felt awkward, especially since the only sink was in a communal area with a camera.
Service

The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond after I had a bad experience elsewhere. They truly made my stay enjoyable.
Location

The hostel is situated in a busy shopping area, which is convenient but also very noisy. I found it hard to sleep with the sounds from the street and mopeds early in the morning.
Dining

Breakfast was decent by local standards, with a variety of options, and I especially liked the home-baked bread.
Facilities

While the facilities offered basics like air conditioning, there were issues with hot water and shower pressure that couldn't be overlooked.

I had a decent stay, but it wasn't without its flaws. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, but the noise from the busy street kept me up at night. The room was clean, which I appreciated, but the bed was really uncomfortable and the shower pressure was disappointingly low.

Rooms
6.5
The Triple Room with City View was clean and dark, helping me sleep well. However, the bed was very springy and uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom marked as 'private' was across the hallway, which was awkward late at night.
Service
7.0
The service was alright, though I did have trouble upon arrival since there was no one to greet me. Ibrahim was super helpful afterwards, making sure I had everything I needed and fixing the wifi issue.
Location
7.5
The location was really close to the main square, but the busy street made it quite noisy, especially late at night and early in the morning.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent, but on the second day, the breakfast lady wasn’t there, which left me looking for food elsewhere. Not cool.
Facilities
6.5
The basics were covered with room service and housekeeping, but overall, nothing really stood out. The shower’s pressure was also a letdown.
